If the care relationship is positive, then the patient will allow others to help them in many ways. This is related to the care in nursing, because patients rely on the nurses in the hospitals to take care of them. If it is a positive relationship, they are more likely to let the nurses help. If the relationships are negative, they may lead to a struggle in obtaining care, couples with increased suffering. This supports the idea that the nurse-patient is central to nursing and perhaps the most effective way nurses can influence patient health outcomes.
Angeles would count the number of dots of each side of the domino. She did a great way to explain to the class how to talk and teach kindergarten students. Angeles taught the class what an adding and subject looks like by saying it is called an equation, the sign in between the numbers determines if you add or subject, and the equal sign is our answer, or solution. I loved how Angeles teaching the lesson as if we were kindgarters. She use positive feedback, and also had a smile on her face.
Not realizing the effects they have not only on the nurses, but on the patients as well. Doctors and nurses should collaborate to ensure patients get quality health care treatment, instead of focusing on their education differences. In the past, and some doctors today have the perception that "No matter how gifted she may be, she will never become a reliable nurse until she can obey without question" (Fagin, 2004). A nurse should be reliable as long as her skills demonstrate she is a fully capable nurse who is dedicated to the well being of patients. Instead doctors allow their ego to get in the way of them properly using their power.
They are helpful for caring and helping others through nursing. The great thing about nurses is they're there for you and can help with whatever the need may be. Many nurses also help you recover from illness, injury, or help you regain independence to do your daily activities. Although it's still tough because there's not enough people helping and caring for the people who need their help. Why can't nurses recruit more people into our people to stay in the nursing career?
I think it makes a tremendous difference when nurses act joyful and happy around the patient. A patient notices when a nurse is having a bad day or is unhappy, and most patients do not want someone taking care of them that does not bring joy into the room. It is reassuring to the patient to know that the nurse enjoys caring for them. I believe nurses also need to show competency and confidence. It makes the patient feel at ease and relaxed to know that the nurse knows what to do.
When people are sick, it is helpful to have a positive environment for faster and better recuperation. Working as a nurse you do not get holidays off because hospitals need to be staff to keep lives alive. Not getting holidays off is particular difficult for people with children because holidays symbolize time that everyone wants and deserves to spend with their loved ones. But patients need nurses to care for them at all times. Nurses deal with many different difficulties but is a satisfactory feeling to see their patients leave the hospital well.
The nurse union will supervise the nurse’s schedule to make sure the health care facility isn’t putting too much on one nurse. Once the nurse union realizes that a nurse is being overworked the nurse union will step in. Most nurses’ love caring for others to the point they completely forget to take care of themselves. Well with the creation of nursing unions that will come to an end. Nurses will have mandatory vacations that they must take.
Nurses are the ultimate care givers because they are compassionate and have a passion for helping others. Unfortunately, the lack of respect and shortage makes it difficult for nurses to truly see the gift they are giving their patients. In summary it is all about finding solutions to better our healthcare organizations who can better the lives of all nurses.
Nurses that experience burn out are also more likely to change careers as well as doubt their skills. Nurses that have perseverance are more confident in their skills, choices, and judgement calls in a life or death matter. By preventing burn out the attitude a nurse has reflects directly to the patient and if the patient experiences a negative attitude it will not enable them to heal properly. A nurse by preventing burn out cares for their patients and always is providing the best care by having
Nurses are nice, caring, loving people that will try everything they can to help them get a better understanding of their symptoms. Nurses help their patients by explaining their symptoms in easier ways. Nurses are always listening to their patients to understand what their trying to say and so they know how their feeling. Registered nurses are loving people who love all their patients. People that want to become nurses need to have a loving heart and would love to help people out.
