The service fee is $20 (Andrews, n.d.). • Core Functions of Public Health: • Assessment o Assess community’s vulnerable population of Chlamydia o Collect data systematically on those population o In order to identify Chlamydia related health problems in community, monitor health status o Diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards of Chlamydia o Remain supportive and open to facilitate honest and use terms that clients will understand o Ask open-ended questions in a non-threatening and non-judgmental manner o Acknowledge that many people are not easily expressive on disclosing personal information o Use five P’s approach when obtaining Clint’s’ sexual history: Partners, prevention of pregnancy, protection from STDs, sex practices, and past history of STDs (Stanhope & Lancaster, 2016). • Policy Development o Inform, educate, and empower vulnerable population about chlamydia o Mobilize community partnerships to identify and solve health problems related to Chlamydia o Develop policies and plans in order to support individual and community affected by Chlamydia •
