Equal pay is your entitlement to the same wage as someone doing work of equal value to you, the same similar work rated as “of equivalent”. This is often, but not exclusively, a gender issue. Women are being paid less than men for doing the same work. Despite the claims that’s say “Men can do better, more efficient job than women, and the way out economy is set up, we can’t afford to raise the pay of millions of female workers. Besides the fact of our economy, many women should stop working and concentrate on teaching children moral values when the children leave home and go to school. Saying this makes it seems that women are only able to bear children and just stay at home doing housework and looking after the children and are not supposed to be in work environments because it’s only a place for men and women seem as a setback in the working environment and only men should be there working and should be paid also being said making it seems women as the insufficient opposite. As my position being for the argument of women should be paid equally.

With our constitution states that all people are paid equal, and if you are not getting paid an equal amount then “our nation” is not treating us right. which in many cases are still not settled and are still not being paid right.
