There are some businesses wherein their culture plays a vital part on how they run their company. The family members become the C.E.O. and managers and they practice absolute power over the employees. On the other hand, the employees cannot voice out their opinion on how to help run the company and instead they are following without questioning.

There are other cultures that preferred male employees compared to women employees. Managers tend to employ more male employees for the reason that they are more capable and can go along with other male managers. Moreover, discrimination happens because females tend to get pregnant and take their leaves for a month or within three months, and this disrupts the flow of work. So, in choosing an employee these people tend to hire male rather than females.

In doing business transactions to other culture, there are a lot to consider especially the business culture of each other. One wrong action will result to dismissal of the business deal. A company can only function well when the one that leads them is a person who is also helping the group to be creative and innovative. But when the leader practices his/her absolute power and authority to the workforce without taking into consideration their opinions, then there will be no open communication since the only voice that is being heard is that of the leader. The employees are not involved in the decision making and if one commits mistakes then, he/she should face the blame and the consequences alone.
