For example, Red Bull puts in more than $2 billion for brand content (Holt, 2016). This proves that corporations treat social media as a serious channel to rely on. However, there is still a doubtful question on social media role in business activities. This phenomenon may be just an favor option for business. In fact, this new communicating method is compulsory step that business has to move on. Social media provides ability to keep up with trends and competitors (Barnes, 2010).
