A two-year MBA program has the first and the second year separated by the summer internship. The first year is more generic in nature where the students learn core subjects and get an idea of all that they must know regarding various management functions.

In the second year, the students have to choose from a variety of specialization choices. These choices lead to specialization in a specific area of management and are meant to provide extensive and intensive knowledge in that specific area.
