Personal Sales Profile A personal sales profile will help define my position in AmeriGas and the company’s products/services. The profile will determine the selling that is involved with a particular position and what types of clients I will be working with every day.
A personal sales philosophy will establish who I am as a sales person and what a selling relationship means to me. It will also determine my code of ethics when it comes to selling AmeriGas’s products/services.
The strengths of my selling skills in my position will be determined, and ways to enhance my abilities discussed. My communication style and how it helps in initiating and maintaining those relationships with our consumers will also be determined.
Sales Position The position I currently hold at AmeriGas is a District Manager. This position involves ensuring that we have high levels of customer service, operational effectiveness, employee productivity, and profitability. I have completed my Master's Degree to help grow my career. I attend classes that are offered by the company to better myself in sales and retention. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I reach out to the dedicated sales person for our Area and get some insight on how best to handle certain situations to gain the prospect as a customer. It is about knowing how to reach the client to gain their trust. My communication style is analytical and amiable. Analytical means that I tend to listen and gather facts about what is going on before coming to a decision. Amiable means that I tend to be easygoing and cooperative, and I want to have those continued relationships with my customers (Ingram, LaForge, Avila, Schwepker, & Williams, 2017).
