I firmly believe that my present role as a Sales and Marketing Assistant is a skilled type of employment because my skills and educational qualifications represent a background of increasingly important assignments within the company. These experiences have given me the opportunity to make many profitable contributions in a number of functional areas.
At present, I’m employed as a full-time permanent at Advance International Cleaning Systems (NZ) Ltd. working for 40 hours per week. Advance International Cleaning Systems (NZ) Ltd is a leading national supplier of chemical, equipment and consumable solutions to the professional cleaning, property and commercial market. Working at Advance head office in 663 Great South Road, Penrose Auckland 1061. A total of 11 showrooms / warehouses in the key regional locations across New Zealand. The company’s core purpose is to deliver world-class sustainable cleaning and hygiene solutions.
My job description similarly match the ANZSCO 225113 Marketing Specialist which identifies market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting an organisation 's goods and services.
My role key responsibilities includes: Database & CRM Integrity, maintaining clients’ list information and identifying prospect market opportunities. Marketing & Event Co-ordination, I’m responsible in organizing and coordinating trade shows, seminars and company conferences that is beneficial and relevant for Advance. My responsibility includes direct supervision of 15-18 bankers, ensure proper staffing coverage to meet service level requirements, provide ongoing training and support to bankers ensuring optimum level of customer satisfaction, analyze banker’s performance and develop action plan to improved performance gaps. Handle general administrative duties (i.e. employee file maintenance, management reporting, review and audit time sheets attendance records, communicate policy & procedure updates).
