Addressing the fact that women are losing out on a tremendous amount of money as a result of the inequality. In addition, the equation for finding the wage gap is discussed. This is found by taking the median salary of all the woman working full time, year round, full time and then comparing it to men. Bringing the harsh truth out to about 21%.
