He aims to hit each point directly and gives real life examples of cause and effect for various situations which occur in workplace environments. In chapter five Hosmer discusses a moral aspect managers should have in order to run a business effectively. In detail and by example he discusses trust, commitment, and effort regarding organizations. The aspect of online communication must be discussed as well as face to face communication that occurs.
