The greater amount of employee engagement within a business will ultimately lead to happy customer and will positively affect the number of relationships a business successfully has with their customers. Positive customer engagement such as service and sales is what makes customers want to come back time and time again. Having return customers is something every business strives for. Establishing productive employees will accomplish this. For example, if customers go to a store to buy a certain product, they expect that product to be on the shelves. If this is not the case, that customer is less likely to return to the store. It takes communication and everyone working together in a store to make sure everything is on the shelves and exactly where it needs to be. It is not only important to keep communication within employees, but it is also important to have communication with customers as well.

All in all, when the right combination of positive aspects of business communication are put together not just one positive result, but many positive results will result. Everyone and everything about a business will positively be effected by implementing one little thing, employee engagement and communication. Businesses and big corporations need to start implementing such programs into their orientations and everyday aspects of the work place. The research is there to back it up, but it will be up to the businesses whether or not to add it to their store policies. "Organizations must work to engage employees, and educate them about engagement. once this is done, employees then have a choice on how to use engagement in that organization.
