Southwest Airlines :
 Introduction :-
The airline was founded in (1967) by Herb Kelleher and currently own near a (696) aircraft, principally Boeing. The headquartered in Dallas, Southwest Airlines currently reach around (100) destinations in the United States with a staff of approximately (55,000) . It is the largest domestic airline in the U.S with more than (4000) flights taking place per day during peak times. From its first flights on June 18, 1971, Southwest Airlines began an era of unprecedented affordability in air travel. With 45 sequent years of profitability, Southwest is one of the most extolled airlines in the world, known for a triple bottom line approach that contributes to the carrier's performance and productivity, the importance of its People and the communities they serve, and an overall commitment to efficiency and the planet. (southwest.com,2017) .
 Employee is more important :-
Southwest puts its employees first in terms of interest and customers second and third shareholders. It is an idea and arrangement of more than excellent for any company or institution that wants to increase profitability and productivity. Crew members benefit from the direct relationship in a number of ways including pay reviews every two years.
