My Reflection On My Strengths In Management

In this essay, I want to reflect on my abilities that I am proud of, my weaknesses I need to improve and my strengths I have uncovered during my studies. As a second year student of the University of Salford, where I came after the Access to business and legal professions course at Blackburn College knowing I want to be a manager, I have realised that I am able to benefit not only from the new things I learned in the class, but also I have refreshed my memory on a variety of things I already been taught during my studies in Slovakia. Throughout my studies at university, I have learned more than the important things about business, economics or motivation, but also I learned how to be me, what I want to do in the future and furthermore, I am constantly developing my other skills, such as academic writing and communication skills.

During this semester, I have learned a lot of useful things which I have never been aware of, especially on the Cross-cultural communication module. I never knew the importance of the culture and I believe, that for me as an International Business student knowing this will lead me to the point I wish to be in my future career path.
