An upbeat or fulfilled specialist can have numerous reasons; he/she can have a high pay, great working hours, reward occasions, or an amazing position in the organization. Each individual is fulfilled in an unexpected way. Yet, do cheerful specialists remain after some time or perform superior to troubled laborers? Those five being means of value for exchange, relationships, body, community, and finally spirit. To begin, Tam states that “yes money does count as means of value for exchange. However, only money does not fully motivate a worker”. Other components such as a compliment upon completion of a job well did can be the fuel in the fires of their motivation. It is a step in the right direction towards a better work experience. She also mentioned how a second factor to a productive worker is a healthy relationship. Tam believes that healthy relationships are needed in the workplace so that the business can be prosperous. She states that healthy relationships between workers create trust and openness. A sense of belonging is needed for a team to work properly as a unit; especially when it comes to innovation. Employees need to feel as if their ideas are being heard, and if all ideas are respected and listened it will lead to better inventions to be formed. Tam in this section states that employees have to keep their bodies in good shape.
