1. Purpose. Leaders come in different measures for they have varying qualities or traits that may consist of being responsible if it sometimes means pissing people off; not being afraid to challenge the pros, even in their own backyard; or not knowing what they can get away with until they try. Leaders are the driving force of any organization or society in the world. Leaders, while admired due to their works and can propel the people towards a common goal based on facts. Leaders act as the motivators for they give the followers energy to move towards a particular objective. Leaders are at the forefront of the activities. Admired leaders receive positive and negative critiques on their character. Sideshows give leaders the chance to Teamwork defines an effective leader for it shows their concern for their fellow Soldiers or supporters for a standard course (Yoong, 2010). Leaders all subordinate interaction through the generation of ideas in a free environment. Such an environment offer space for engagement and is a central point for harnessing support from all quarters. It gives room for the opposition and minorities to present their criticism and alternative ideas being part of the team. The team feels secure to take risks in such an environment while engaging in transparency and accountable dealings. Such a team presents a platform for all to interact as equals without any feeling as a subordinate due to their position in the organizational Some may say that, “You don’t know what you can get away with until you try”. Risk-taking involves going to new frontiers whose outcome is hopefully positive. Leaders should be able to steer their organization through turbulent times and this dynamic world. Supports look up to leaders for guidance at these defining moments that need a make or fail decision. Threats and opportunities keep arising for any organization and leaders should be enthusiastic enough to tackle them (Palestini, 2009). In case of technological change, the leaders should take it up for the benefit of the organization. There is a need to rally the whole team behind the cause of a necessary change.
