So, a well-designed Ph.D. program that includes both graduate courses and in-depth research opportunities will help me best to water my thirst of teaching and building my network. Evaluating many Ph.D. programs in reputable universities via their websites as well as contacts with faculty members, I came to believe that the Ph.D. program in Workforce Education and Development at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale has a particularly exceptional orientation in accordance with my interests. Moreover, I have read weblogs of many graduate students of SIUC and I recognized that among other desired universities, SIUC by its extremely high quality of education, globally admired faculty members, diverse talented students, and strong culture has better atmosphere for me to work hard and follow my dreams.
