Personal start:-
When I was 8 year old I scored 100 out of 100 marks in Mathematics and when my class teacher announced the results whole class stood and clapped, I can never forget that overwhelming moment in my life, I was so happy and contended, and that day I understood the importance of education in life. My parents couldn’t study after high school due to financial restrictions but they always taught me importance of higher education to imagine and pursue goals. My family has been extremely supportive throughout the journey and has constantly motivated me to realize my potential to the fullest extent by providing conducive environment for studying and encouraging me in my endeavors. Throughout my high school, I enjoyed two things: Mathematics and Extra-curricular activities, these activities helped me to gain team skills, stress management skills and social relationship skills. After completing my graduation in 2010, I joined Wipro Technologies as a project engineer in Banking and Finance group. Initially I was required to complete multiple training sessions on Banking fundamentals, merger & acquisition, securities etc. As a software engineer those training sessions helped me to understand basics of Finance. Initial year of my work was completely focused on analysis of application’s issues and to improve application performance, my team successfully implemented maintenance release which helped 2000 users across globe and helped to earn 9.8 rating out of 10 in CSAT survey. In early 2012, I received the role of a lead developer for a project, which aimed to bring new billing and invoicing framework for Wipro Technologies. ...leadership, teamwork, ethics, and communication that are essential for effective & efficient management. Since MBA Program attract people from very diverse industries and cultures. A program should be able to leverage these differences and translate them into learning opportunities. I also expect first year curriculum to provide the basic courses which can help to build sound base for required courses in Finance specialization.

My motivation to obtain an MBA is two-fold: (1) to acquire the finance & managerial expertise to run a nonprofit enterprise, and (2) to prepare myself for an eventual return to India, where I will start a non-profit organization to help entrepreneurs develop and implement their ideas in education sector. Eventually, I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the Indian education sector by creating jobs and building a spirit of community.
