I. Introduction
According to Farlex Partner Medical Dictionary (Farlex, 2012) the “Anthroposemiotics” (human communication) stands for the production and reception of oral, written or gestured information exchange among people. For thousand years the types of human communication has been improved and recognized, which lead to development of a modern society. Micheal Salwen and Don Stacks in their book “An Integrated Approach to Communication Theory and Research” (2009) distinguished the study of human communications in two categories: rhetorical (1) and relational (2). The first one is based on the idea of persuasion; where second needs two or more people’s coexist to reach an agreement.
During the class Communication Foundation II students were taught how to make presentation, use skills and interact with audience, as well as attract listener’s interest. By the end of the course the student Aizhan Akhmetbek would like to share with gained experience and knowledge.

II. What I knew when I entered the Communication Foundation II class which focused on Presentation Skills
Before starting of writing the report, student made research and tried to explain briefly and clearly her understanding of Presentational skills and its use in practice. Mainly stressed attention at the following three learning outcomes:

Relation of communication needs to a specific audience needs
In everyday conversation people adapt the message addressed to a specific listener. For instance, a young lady, who has been at a party last night might say:
To mother: “I had fun with my friends”
To sister: “It was crazy and we partied all night!”

...cts bring them an additional knowledge and help the presenter to build good and interesting dialog with audience.
The second important issue is – eye contact, please, smile with your eyes, show the audience that the presenter is friendly and happy to see them; and sharing with the important information.
The third one – look. No matter is presenter student or insurance specialist, a neat formal look every time actual.
At last, after speech, the presenter should make final analyze - behavior of his/her listeners. Their verbal (“”Good Job!”, “”Bravo!” “Additional questions”), non-verbal (applause, if yes – loud or soft; facial expressions – smile or bored one) responses, comments concerning presentation.
The researcher believes that experience and knowledge which she got after the course Foundation Communication II will be useful and bring benefits in the future.
