I believe that with work experiences I have, I can benefits it in my future job. In my opinion, life is a continuous chain of experiences. Even the work experiences give me good and bad effect in my life, but both of them give me experiences to I live a more educated and productive life. I know that the experience is a key ingredient to success me on the job and probably I can earn a more desired job. Find work experience shows that I am very serious and interest to get good job.
I can start building my network of people with diverse perspectives. I also can rely on experts when needed. In addition, the relater strength can help me let my colleagues know that their personality and character are more interesting than their positions and job title. I can show them how much I care by expanding relationships beyond the office. In addition, the Strength Finder result shows that I am analytical person, which means I focus on work by analyzing data, finding patterns or organizing ideas.
I know that it will be a lot of work to get here, but I know that in the end it will be all worth it. I see myself as working as an event planner one day and working my way up from there. All I know is that being able to organizing a special event and work as a team with other people has been something that has interested me and after doing this research I have learned new things that I didn’t know before that now I’m more intrigued about this industry. Now I just have to take the next step in accomplishing this goal and sticking to it no matter comes in my way.
