Professional Development Plan

Introduction
For my personal development To be a successful manager, I will continue to apply the knowledge and understanding that I have gained during my MBAcourse at the wolverhampton University.
I tend to take on a lot of responsibility even when I know that I do not need anything else on my plate and in the process, I tend to not pay enough attention to my own personal needs. This is something that I plan to attack in an aggressive manner.
My main goals
a. Need to Complete the MBA and MSc
b. To start a new business with new idea

Not having my MBA can play a factor in me not being able to take a position as a Manager.

Professional Development Plan (PDP) is essential to recognize the strengths and weaknesses and also to attain the expected objectives of our career and private life. It offers a self-indication and it evaluate the knowledge, talents, abilities and other various qualifications.
