Its 1777, in Boston Massachusetts a small skirmish between the british and a band of poor colonial states calling themselves the Americans has blown up into a global war. The mighty royal British forces with the help of the Hashians have invaded America and the Britishes arch enemy the French have just entered the war on the american side. With all this going on the newly formed american side is is dealing with issues from within. There are three factions in on the american side the patriots who are fighting for independence and liberty, the neutralist who just want to be left alone and think there's no problem with the current state of the colonies, and the Loyalist who still believe in rule by the crown and believe that the patriots are a lost cause. Im Major General Horatio Gates of the Colonial American Army, Commander of the Northern District. I was born in a quaint little county in England called Kent on July 26, 1727. I served with the British Royal Army as an Officer for twentyfour years i fought in the Austrian succession and the french and indian wars. For the first time in the duration of this war me and my men feel confident that we stand a chance against the British. Also, with the help of the French Navy we can finally hold of the overwhelming British Royal Navy and there powerful cannon. I also have lost a lot of trust in my commanding officer the great General Washington though the First Continental Congress has placed me as president of the board of war.
