The telephone is an invention that allows users to communicate in real time by speaking into the device.
The invention eventually gave way to the cellular network that we know today.

The Carpet Sweeper:
During the Civil War, the government inflated money output, therefore leading to the recession of 1873.
During the year of 1876, a man named Melville Bissell invented the carpet sweeper.
The carpet sweeper is a mechanically powered carpet broom/vacuum that cleans the carpet.
The idea spread, and after Melville’s death, his wife continued the business.
