Part III: Core competencies and challenge:
I believe, that the organization will grow and evolve only when the leader embraces a learning mindset and establish credibility. I will begin this section focusing on competency:
Vision and goal: Like any young manager, I took extra effort in establishing operative goals for my team and translated them to action. Had effective communication about our corporate goal and target with team. I always took an inclusive approach when working with diversifies investors.
Managing change: It involved lots of experience and skills to mange the team through setting path, building a supportive team, communicating widely, handling resistance and implementing regimens.

The main issue is lack of trust and apprehensive about investing in people. But I know, if I want to lead an organization then I need to focus on employee and embrace a developmental mindset. MY FIRO-B clearly states my weakness, and its nighttime I pay more attention.
Effective communication: Communication goes far beyond word; I feel that it is strongly influenced by a host of unspoken messages. I strongly believe that listening and two-way dialogue acts as a bridge that connects a leader and subordinates and which in turn will strengthen their bond. I would like to accomplish and develop my voice so that they are truly heard in my organization.
Future and strategic vison: Sometimes I feel I focus too much only on the present, my assessment and task oriented behavior clearly depicts my attitude. Advancing an organization begins clearly seeing beyond the horizon. I wrote a thread on discussion board based on same topic, I feel when the power of vision is understood and accepted, energy is utilized and people becomes committed.
