An Ideal Work Environment

Stakeholders tend to feel that there is always room for improvement in regard to achieving what could be considered to be an ideal working environment. This is because cooperation at the places of work is attained through compromises, and one may not consider an environment to be impeccable if some of the things they value had to be dropped for inclusivity’s sake. Some people consider policies of inclusivity as being inhibitive since everyone has boundaries they cannot cross and responsibilities to make the entire team function (Pinosova et al. 217).

The managers and supervisors should know and perfect these factors (or traits) since it has been determined that an employee’s motivation is more or less a direct result of their interactions with the management. If the sum of those interactions depicts a confrontation or bulldozing, temperament would be impacted negatively, and so is their motivation and productivity (Chen and Wang 853-4).
Whenever the lines of communication are open, the employees as well as the rest of the internal stakeholders feel validated. This gives them satisfaction as they are heard and apparently taken seriously. Of course, the morale is boosted whenever individuals know that their opinions and ideas are valued and that they contribute to the progress of the organization. With focus on training, the internal stakeholders would feel that they can achieve career growth and also make their work fun. Employees’ turn-over is reduced, and this is because one of the major complaints has since been addressed. Studies have concluded that employees complain about lack of career progress and they feel motivated to remain with an organization is progress is assured through continued training as well as emergence of opportunities right within the firm (Chen and Wang 850; Pinosova et al. 222).
Finally, once the organization has developed the will and the objective to achieve a perfect work environment, most other important developments fall into place. The management and the rest of the workers agree on the formula for training and supervision, as well as other issues such as the work-life balance (Brett et al. 360). Organizations which work towards achieving the characteristics discussed in this paper are on course towards reaching a perfect and happy working environment.
