To become an effective SME or IDE, one must have a very good understanding of the various ways in which individuals interact and communicate with each other. It is critical that good leaders display the ability to effectively communicate with their acquaintances and subordinates, as well as train and encourage others to demonstrate those same communication skills. By effectively doing so, they will promote both a healthy and efficient work environment that everyone will benefit from. Innovation is the main driving force that determines the majority of successful corporations. A company that continues to build a culture of innovation will always be on the offensive and enjoy continuous growth. Innovation can generally be regarded as innovations regarding process and innovations concerning manufactured goods. Companies can create a culture of innovation by allowing its brightest like minded employees a platform to be heard, expressing and sharing new ideas in a community setting can bring about change, As Tom Peters describes in the Article “Change is about recruiting allies and working each other up to have the nerve to try the next experiment”.(Heywood, 2015) Innovation can only take place when a company encourages and respects its employee’s ideas. Bill Aulet’s point of view implies the need for individuals along with advances in science headed by entrepreneurship.
