Interactivity refers to a user-centered interaction with machines, messages, or other uses (Liu, 2002). Interactivity can be simple in certain context by filling out blogs but can as well be difficult by keeping the consumers happy. The marketers must work quick and able to respond rapidly to keep the business on a positive note.
