The non-technical skills’ contribution that make graduates more employable is focused in this article. To leading companies in every industry, non-technical skill is recently referred as a key, encompassing those social, cognitive, administrative and management skills that graduates must expertise to improve the employability. The first part of the study shows the nature of employability skills and how it is related to mobility issues. Our discussion here will focus on the shift towards contextualization, which move from the basic concept and original life skill to the altering work-oriented interpretation. In the pass, the concept of employability had a connection with job readiness and proving ding employment. Nonetheless, the oriented focus links the outcome of an organization with the employability of graduate, which in turn are linked to wage gains and promotion. The second part of this study examines the recorded evidence for the influence of employability skills on mobility in Singapore, the outcome bases on current skills utilization documents in Singapore to outline the association between mobility employability skills. It illustrates that employability skills in Singapore are increasingly job context related, going beyond just holding down a job. Indeed, mobility is principally influenced by the extent to which employability skills are shared between businesses.
