Personality Reflection Paper The test has shown that my personality can be defined as ENFJ type. People who belong to this group are good leaders, organizers and idealists. They are good at communicating with other people, finding common language with others, initiating different projects and organizing the working processes. People of ENFJ personality type possess such traits as responsibility, creativity, openness to the world, self-development and sympathy. Such people are always ready to help others and use their experience for the sake of general well-being and success. First of all, I would like to mention my inability to control emotions and react efficiently to other people’s problems and worries. Very often, I am unable to make the right decision due to the immediate confusion and fear to lose time. Therefore, I would like to learn to analyze the situations and react moderately and wisely to every event and situation. Additionally, I would like to amplify my leading qualities and provide good solutions and ideas for the effective handling of my studies, work and personal life. In order to achieve this, I should read relevant literature, learn from the examples of great leaders and develop my strategies of effective organization and leadership. As I have already mentioned, the best way to fight my weak sides and improve my personality is to learn from the existing resources (books, Internet, friends’ remarks and advices) and consider all commentaries and ideas. Moreover, I should focus on the development of certain traits and pay attention to every progress made in this direction. I also suppose that inspiration and motivation provided by the successful people can assist me in revealing my potential and improving my traits of
