Kindness and compassion are two words that can have a lasting impact on people, especially coming from a manager to his or her employees and vice versa. It also helps if employees are warm-hearted and forgiving towards their co-workers as well. The purpose of this assignment is to provide an example of an act of kindness, compassion, and forgiveness toward others in the workplace.
