As Fred Kerlinger (1999) has mentioned about quantitative research, “There's no such thing as qualitative data. Everything is either 1 or 0”, quantitative research approach is an approach which researchers using scientific method such as questionnaires and experiment to collect numeric data to analysis their research statistically. It has been seen as an objective approach that it “seeks precise measurement and analysis of target concepts” (Neill, 2007).  is there Work Cite page? Moreover, the outcome of the research can be applied to other cases and carried out similarly.

Qualitative research approach is individual basis which aims to understand human behavior and reasons. It is an approach which researchers look at biographies, interviews and case studies to collect verbal data and data such as words, pictures or objects to analysis the phenomena in the society. ...reate bias of how they look at the results (Emilyjchurchill, 2011). Although statistics are the same, two researchers would not write the similar report and use the same figures. Researchers may conceal the figure which is not appropriate to their hypothesis, or if they think the figure does not make sense of the research.

To conclude, quantitative research is scientific and will be analyzed statistically, while qualitative research is individual basis and the analysis of the research is descriptive. Both of the research approaches have their strength and weakness. If researchers choose the approach they use due to the reliability of the approach, the outcome of the research will be limited. As a result, although quantitative research approach has been seen as more trustworthy than qualitative one, research approach should be concerned due to the research topic.
