This process includes the teacher, the students, and the methods that teachers themselves use. The modern philosophical orientation of existentialism believes that students should acquire an education that will enable them to assign meaning to their lives. Christians believe that the purpose and meaning of life is to serve the Lord, spread the Gospel, and honor God. II Timothy 2:2 and Proverbs 8:6-8 explain that life needs to be lived out in truth, righteousness, and peace for those put in authority. Christian philosophy incorporates speaking in truth to students. Teachers are to help the students understand what their meaning of life is so that one day they are able to defend what they believe to be their “true meaning of life.” Teachers should also encourage students in their learning processes. The teacher can be very effective in their teaching style; however if students do not desire to learn and listen, their learning process will not be successful. Establishing in them a desire to learn will benefit the teacher and the students themselves, as well as glorifying God in the process. There are many amoral methods of teaching that are used in the classroom. Teaching using lectures, visual aids, hands-on activities, and projects are examples of these teaching methods. Teachers tend to decide what teaching method they will use based on what is easiest for the teacher. Teachers need to keep in mind that there are several different learning styles and that each student learns in a unique way. The educator should get to know the students personally in order to properly clarify his or her teaching for the benefit of the students
