After finishing the first job, we started to head over to the next. We called the customer again to give him a warning that we are the way over, and once again, it went to voicemail. After waiting outside his house for twenty minutes, we called our boss and he gave us the okay to leave. Later that night, the customer called back finally, only to claim that myself and my partner did not show up to the job. Thankfully, throughout the day I was in contact with our boss, filling him in on the situation.
One day on July, one rumor among Japanese students became true, that not all of us can have a room in dormitory even if one send request in this April. My friend received a mail from UNR, which said that he could not have a room next semester. My friend and I were just shocked and on that day we started looking for a room. The most important thing to do when we want to find a nice room, I thought, was that to correct as much information as I can. Therefore, what I did at first is to check every public board not to miss any information that says, ?gRoommates wanted?h,?h Room for Rent?h or ?gHouse for rent?h.
I’ve worked there for about six months already and seeing and that is one of the things I’m great at. From where I was just young I loved talking to people and interacting with them until now which is one the greatest strengths I have. The role expectation of my workplace and my boss is to be polite to people and have a great behavior and attitude to customers so they can manage to come back to the store. As I attend college and work at the same time its very difficult to deal with everything at the same time. Role conflict has to be in two or more statuses and that is a perfect scenario that I have in my life now.

The relationship with my supervisor has been like no other, you can see the dedication. I learned in class ADM-303Administrative Theory & Practice a leader inspires dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. By setting an example, leaders can demonstrate that there aren’t any nine-to-five jobs on the team. I work in the Finance and Accounting Department as a Senior Customer Accounting Representative. When my co-worker retired after thirty five years, her responsibilities were handed over to me.

A simple and perfect example of when I have experienced a co-worker performing as a change intermediary occurred last spring at a new restaurant where I had begun serving. I called my boss, explained the situation, and told him my Dr. needed me to come to an appointment first thing in the morning. I had arranged my own work coverage for the morning, but I expected to return to work after my appointment. The following day I went to my appointment. My Dr. informed me I should not go back to work. I promptly called my boss, let him know the situation, and I asked if my absence would count against me, even though my co-worker agreed to stay for the remainder of the day.
