My husband will be special. There would be five simple traits he would have to have: religious, intelligent, funny, honest, and patient. Each one of these traits signifies a person who will understand me and love me. His religion is the most important quality; no marriage can be successful without God in it. She obviously wants him to be religious because a marriage isn’t a marriage without God. She wants him to be respectful and considerate because she wants me to be treated well. She wants him to be motivated and intelligent because she wants him to be successful in life so he can provide for me. My dad’s top five traits are that he must put God first and me second, he must protect you, provide for me, love me more than himself, and he must diligently work to make me happy. Whether that focus is on the ability to hire the right person by predicting job performance, or discovering the right “fit” for an employee in a team, a company’s success may depend on these factors. Creating the right team based for the best success of the team is crucial. However, due to project constraints, abilities, market place, etc, the ability to pair the right individuals may not be available.
The trait I believe I reflect most is caring. I am always available when my friends, or even strangers, need help. I hope that I am a good person for someone to talk to as I am open-minded enough to never judge someone for their misfortunes or wrong doings. The assessment contained 3 areas of focus, individual evaluation of self, working with others, and life in organizations.
