Without You You’ve been struggling immensely in English class and if you don’t pass it, you won’t graduate. You studied all week long for the the final exam, but still don’t feel confident about it. Your friend Kelly, took the exam the day before and offers to tell you everything that was on it. Should you let him? If you’re a person of integrity then the answer is an obvious no. Integrity is often difficult to practice when it comes to real life situations, and there’s a great amount of people who would without a doubt choose the easier way out. Nowadays, it’s hard to come across a person who possesses true qualities of integrity but I’ve been blessed enough to have been raised by a selfless dad, a loving grandma, and a courageous cousin who has impacted my life extremely. Trevor is currently a Navy Seal for the United States military. It’s far from easy to become a Navy Seal and involves hours of vigorous advanced training, most guys don’t make it through the first week. To even consider being a Navy Seal is an act of bravery. Everytime Trevor goes overseas, he is risking his life for us. He is constantly being forced to undergo burdensome tasks to keep our country safe.
Integrity is a trait that is hard to find nowadays in people but that doesn’t mean it isn’t out there, you just have to look closely. I’m grateful enough to say that I know three people personally who have qualities of integrity. I was raised by a father who has implanted selflessness into my heart. My grandma has shown me how to love and my cousin has manifested how to be brave in life. Selflessness, love, and bravery are the qualities I believe a person of integrity
