ABC news reported a story in March, 2011 about a young 17 year old boy by the name of Andrew Conley (Mendelsohn, 2011). One night in 2009 he made a phone called to the police reporting a terrible crime that took place. Conley had murder his 10 year old brother by strangling him with just his hands (Mendelsohn, 2011). In his interviewed with 20/20 he told the reporter that his brother bagged him to stop, but he couldn’t. He also told the police that he an realization that he killed his brother and that he was going to be what he thought he was, which was a monster (Mendelsohn, 2011). He is being charged as an adult for the murder and also for the sexual abuse of this other half brother, who is five. Fernandez has not has a positive life even through, he is young his life so far has been filled with violence and neglect. Fernandez was born to a young girl that was only 12 years old. This father at the time was 25 years old and received 10 years for sexually assaulting Fernandez mother (Crimesider staff, 2012). At the age of two he was put into foster care along with is mother, when he was found with no clothes and dirty walking in the streets near where is grandmother did drugs. By the age of 8 it was reported that he was molested by his cousin and had incidents such as killing the kitten, physical activities such as sex with classmate, and he masturbated in school (Crimesider staff, 2012). Three years later there was reports that he was being beaten up by his step-father. After the stepfather death he moved to Florida and started to get good grades. This would quickly change in the matter of months. When authorities was called to the house and his two year old brother was taken to the hospital where he dead later (CrimeStaff, 2012). Ashley Martinson who is just 17 years old was charged in the stabbing of her mother and shooting of her step-father (Tribune Wire Reports, 2015). Before fleeing from the crime scene Martinson locked her three sisters in the room. This crime took place after Martinson parents told her 22 year old boyfriend to stay away from her. On of her sisters told the police that their parents had found out about the Martinson and her older boyfriend.
