Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world. (Leaf, 2014) Servant leadership has mostly been popular in the religious society until recently. This is a concept in which can be applied in spirituality as well in the professional environment. This leadership is based on serving first. The leader is a person who is serving. Even though leaders have titles, education and standards, in reality they are serving the company and employees. Servant leaders put their employees first; focus more on the needs of the company and growth of themselves as well as others.
