This paper is a self-reflection essay, with the aim of discovering the authors personality, feelings and thoughts. These issues are reflecting on the skills, models and tools the author have learned in the lessons and during a further research of extra literature in the topic of coaching. First, there is an introduction part of the authors personality and things she has learned about herself. These noticed discoveries are built up on and written based on the results, which were investigated by using the theories of MBTI personality, Belbin test, conformist or non-conformist in a team, Johari window, defensive or receptive behavior, listening skills, etc. Secondly, the paper presents the strengths and weaknesses of the author, reflected on the implemented theories, as in the first part. Thirdly, the plan of changing in some areas is designed, and this part of the assignments describes the ideal future personality, which should achieved by the author. Of course, I had to discuss this schedule with my partner, who was very tolerant and he had guaranteed his help and support. After the realization of this plan, I will start to first work as a part-time HR assistant, and then slowly but surely build my career. While we were slowly getting involved in coaching I have been interested in, what could be my main strength as a coach on the basis of my personal preference, character and just simply, according to my intuition.
