Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) is found in Saudi Arabia Riyadh city In the Middle East, it is the largest company outside the oil sector. Established in 1976 to make use of Saudi Arabia’s extensive hydrocarbon resources, globally SABIC has grown to be one of the largest international petrochemical corporation. SABIC is a public company and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chemicals, fertilizers, plastics, and metals. It was founded in 1976, and since then it has really achieved a rapid growth (Jenkins, 2013). SABIC has its set-ups in more than 40 states and has created employment to more than 40,000 people around the world. It provides innovative material solutions that help their customers change the world for the best (Jenkins, 2013).
The most striking feature of this company is how they have put emphasis on helping customers achieve their goal, powering their goal and letting them be the most decisive team in management. Customers have been put into the managing board through long term relationship. Meaning that they have been really considered in the support team of staff. Also through a spirit of ingenuity, commitment to deliver and innovative solutions (Ross, 2000). Meaning that, SABIC is always willing to welcome any problem solving solutions from its customers or any other person.
