3) The Royal Grant Treaty: The royal grant agreement was an unconditional covenant which sought to ensure the rights of the servant. In other words, this treaty installed for the benefit of the grantee (the recipient). The royal grant treaty was also known as the unilateral gift and bestowal of real property for the vassal’s faithful and loyal service to the king.
