2. Punctuality problem is one of the major problems faced by the UTAR staff. Most of the reasons that cause punctuality are limited car parks. Although there has a system that only the people who have successfully bided for car sticker can enter into UTAR for parking, the problem of parking spaces still existed. The demands of students whose transportations are cars in UTAR are more than the parking spaces that UTAR has. UTAR can try to expand more spaces for parking but it seems it is difficult to achieve, another way is improve the public transportations which provide students convenience with a lower price and save petrol and save time from finding a parking space.
Attendance problem is also a problem that every lecture faced. Some students

A bus will come once sometimes after 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes and more. At lunch time, there are no any buses provided. Sometimes there will come 2 buses, the first bus will have some students but the second bus has not students. Some bus drivers will come earlier without following the schedules, if students miss the buses, they have to wait about 10 or more minutes. Those bus drivers went to the relevant department to complain about the time arrangements, but UTAR is not taking any actions for this. There also have no enough buses in the peak hours, such as there is only few of buses in different time depart at different places. For example, Bus A is going to depart at Harvard area then Westlake area at 6pm, the students who are living in Harvard and Westlake will board. For students live in Harvard have to board otherwise they have to wait around 40 minutes for another bus. Bus B which departs only at Westlake come after 10 minutes, only the students who live in Westlake can board it. It is unfair for those students who live in Harvard. I think UTAR has to follow the situation to make proper arrangements. I hope UTAR can take some actions to do some modifies on these
Punctuality is another thing that I have learned in NJROTC, but with much hard work did I learn this. We all know that we slip up sometimes and slag around from class to class. Because of this we make ourselves late sometimes, and no one wants to get a tardy, so our instructors offer a healthy alternative. If you are late to class then you have the option of doing push-ups or getting a tardy, now witch would you rather do? Not only does this punishment instill punctuality, but if you are hard headed you can build up incredible upper body strength. Being punctual to a job will allow me to keep it and also impress my bosses.
There likewise should be extra stopping meters included for students living off grounds, who regularly experience difficulty finding a spot. The school is overpopulated, bringing about heaps of moved down parking areas. Staff as of now has saved parking; however the constrained measure of parking on grounds is driving understudies and guests to stop in saved workforce parcels. Parking is deficient and can be an enormous bother contingent upon the day.
Since my freshmen year of high school, I have met peers who rely on public transportation to get to school every day since the school bus system did not serve their neighborhood. They were students who were eager to come to school everyday, relying on MTS to transport them to school on time every day. Similarly, my mother relies on MTS to get her to work on time every morning and home every afternoon. Both students and adults alike have had little to no problems with the transportation system; when there were problems, MTS was able to adjust their schedules or routes to serve the community. A friend who just recently began to rely on public transportation to transport her to school has told me the interesting experiences she has encountered during the time she has used the public transportat...
One of the teachers called into transportation complaining that they requested 3 buses. There was no indication on the form that they requested 3 buses as a result only 2 buses were sent due to the amount of students and adults indicated on the request form. The total number between both buses would have only been 58 people per 84 passenger bus. They insisted on a third bus so we scrambled to find someone available to go.
It is very important to be on time because accountability is everything. I suppose no one is ever late but if they are typing an essay will make them never late again. But on topic being on time shows that you are trust worthy and you can be depended upon. If we were actually deployed in a combat zone you would only want people by your side that you trust. You want to be on time because if you’re late it can mess up people’s schedules. If you show up late it makes people think that you don’t care about your career and that you are just shamming to get by. Showing up on time shows professionalism, it shows also that you are trustworthy. It shows people that you have leadership and that you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder babysitting
“The poor public transportation prevents many public-university students from taking full advantage of their education. They have long waits before boarding their buses and miss many of their morning classes and, occasionally, exams.”
Parking on campus needs improving. Students entering the university are allowed to have a car on campus. With every new freshmen class entering parking posses a problem on campus. The campus is already limited in its parking on campus and since freshmen are allowed to have cars, the students before them are faced with the dilemma of how many new freshmen will be bringing a car to school.
Some professors in universities and some departments have very tight polices related with attendance. There are many universities and colleges in the world which doesn’t consider regular attendance in their grading part system. Sometime if the professor knows about the excessive number of times the student was absent they will mark the name of student and the final grade of that class is lowered. This topic is an issue of debate all over the world. Some people support this rule while other is against this rule. In this paper, I have presented many arguments in favor of strict attendance policy while some arguments are against the strict attendance policy. Students in college and universities are matured enough to take their own decision (Bastedo,
Should students take advantage of the public transportation more seriously than owning a car? The public transportation can solves to numerous problems; the bus transportation can be a universal antidote for bigger issues such as global warming. By taking the bus can save students’ time and money, rather than students who have a car have deal with traffic and expensive parking fee. Students who own a car might experience sitting in such a long traffic, where during the traffic cars may produce noxious gases relieving particle of air that can contribute the affect to human health. The public transportation is the best solution for an enormous population of students, so students’ needs to get on the transit a try. The transition system in the
We all use vehicles for transportation. People usually go to their desired destination either by driving their own cars or traveling in public transportation. Actually, it might be tough to choose that which one is the best selection for people to travel. Many people choose one of them according to their comfort while traveling and both of them have advantages and disadvantages in different conditions. Public transportation and driving own car both shares differences and similarities in many aspects, such as facility, cost, and comfort as well as traffic jam and accident occurrence.
Attendance is a crucial aspect of a student’s education. When a student is tardy or absent, this interferes with them receiving the information given in class. Class introductions that include instructions, objectives, due dates, etc. may be missed if a student is tardy and if a student is absent, they may also get behind on their class work and homework. Communication between teacher and students about the classroom management procedures for these two things are important so that students are informed and are able to take the initiative to gather what they have missed which can help avoid them falling behind. If tardies and absences are frequent, a teacher may begin to be concerned and question what could be the possible reasons behind it, whether that be an outside force in a student’s life or something that may be happening in the teacher’s own classroom. Establishing a relationship and reflecting upon oneself as a teacher to why the class might be having

For the last two years of my life, I thought my name was “you’re late.” It was the first thing everyone seemed to say to me. If I heard this once, I heard it a hundred times in my 16 years of life. I do understand it is very disrespectful, but I do come by it honestly. My dad’s family is always late. My life is spent sitting around waiting for one of them to arrive. I guess when you are brought up in that atmosphere; it must rub off on you. It drives my mother nuts. Well this wonderful family trait is where my story gets its roots. This is a saying my papa states before he begins a story, he always tells you it’s “roots” or where the story begins. So as I was saying, I was born into a family that do not seem to own a clock. For me, my being late seems to cause me the most trouble with school.
Finding an empty parking space is a common problem in most urban areas which especially occurs in popular areas and tourist attraction spots. This situation has become more serious especially during their peak time, be it holiday seasons ,carnivals or any other festivals. The limited availability of vacant parking spaces often result in traffic congestion. Limitation of a driver’s capability of finding a vacant parking spaces and absence of efficient management are also at fault causing this problem.
