Sometimes there will come 2 buses, the first bus will have some students but the second bus has not students. Some bus drivers will come earlier without following the schedules, if students miss the buses, they have to wait about 10 or more minutes. Those bus drivers went to the relevant department to complain about the time arrangements, but UTAR is not taking any actions for this. There also have no enough buses in the peak hours, such as there is only few of buses in different time depart at different places. For example, Bus A is going to depart at Harvard area then Westlake area at 6pm, the students who are living in Harvard and Westlake will board. For students live in Harvard have to board otherwise they have to wait around 40 minutes for another bus. Bus B which departs only at Westlake come after 10 minutes, only the students who live in Westlake can board it. It is unfair for those students who live in Harvard. I think UTAR has to follow the situation to make proper arrangements. I hope UTAR can take some actions to do some modifies on these
