In a class, for effective learning to take place, there must be a good communication between the students and the teacher. For one to know that learning has taken place there must be a change of behaviour. However this process can be hindered by several factors in a class setting such as students’ behaviour, noise, language barrier and many others. They key hindrance of passage of knowledge from the teacher to the student is students’ behaviour. This the basic attribute that will determine whether a teacher will have an easy time teaching or a very hard time.

In both cases, this would allow the teachers to understand how the students feel about teacher‘s instructional learning material. Teachers do not always meet the needs of individual students. Providing a way for students to give opinions about their teacher’s performance helps teachers to develop the flaws in their teaching habits.
If the school is extremely rigid and not provide freedom for the student can feel the will to expose your ideas or even discuss (with discipline and respect) someone’s ideas in class, this school will not be a place where the student liked to spend half his day. Another important point is to have well prepared teacher. The school must have trained and motivated teachers to work. They need to be people that encourage students to develop critical thinking and to make even the most boring of subjects an attractive theme to develop in the classroom. Parents need to be more aware that the time spent at school may not be enough for students to receive proper teaching instructions. There should be some interaction with studies outside of school hours. Unfortunately, for students who are at a socio-economic disadvantage often struggle in school, particularly if parents lack higher levels of education. In the book, Savage Inequalities: Children in America’s school, Kozol (1992) believed that, “the poorest parents, often the products of inferior education, lack of information access and the skills of navigation in an often hostile and intimidating situation to channel their children to the better schools, obtain the applications, and help them get ready for the necessary tests.” While parents are receiving the necessary information regarding their child 's education, they are not responding because they either did not understand the purpose nor did they investigate it.

Many students feel angry towards schools for perusing school uniforms because many feel they express themselves only through their clothes. Students that feel they cannot express their style through clothes at school may later on rebel against the school and their parents. Uniforms to some may feel uncomfortable and may not be universal to all body styles. If students feel apprehensive about how they are dressed then the learning discontinues in the classrooms.
Kathleen A. Laing indicated that students who lack motivation are not willing to make attempts and try in the classrooms. Many researchers suppose that students who have bad attitudes tend to drop out of schools. Candeias, Adelinda and Araújo, et al, found that students who have negative attitudes have lower performance and higher rate of school failure. These unfavorable attitudes in schools are caused by teachers.
For these students to achieve teachers have an important role to play in ensuring that their academic potential is utilized. The most basic way for teachers to begin teaching this students is first by identifying the students and their behaviors and give them the attention they require. it is likely that students with this disorder often are distressed, uneasy and frightened for no apparent reason. Troubles from home can cause a student to not know where to turn, but if they feel trust with their teacher, they can help them manage work and emotions. When a teacher can connect with their students, they can both send positive messages to each other to help their learning processes. Implementing mindfulness can also help with the teachers helping students understand their learning needs, have a non-judgemental approach to teaching, and also create a positive learning environment (Jennings). The teacher can help keep the students focus on assignments and respect each other with mindfulness.
