I wanted to bring to your attention about the issue we had regarding yesterday's field trip to the Renaissance Festival.
One of the teachers called into transportation complaining that they requested 3 buses. There was no indication on the form that they requested 3 buses as a result only 2 buses were sent due to the amount of students and adults indicated on the request form. The total number between both buses would have only been 58 people per 84 passenger bus. They insisted on a third bus so we scrambled to find someone available to go.
In the future we would prefer a school administrator call in for last minute requests that would affect your budget.
In route to the festival the third bus broke down and those passengers had to get on the first 2 buses anyway.

Moving forward, just so are aware next year the school district will be adding on a $25 per bus cleaning fee for all trips as
