Personal Narrative: My Trip To The Disney World

My sophomore year of high school, I went to Disney World with the band and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Every other year the band usually goes on big trip to somewhere, for example, like on a cruise or to New York or something. I had never been to Disney World before, so I knew this was something I would have to endeavor upon. Honestly, the only bad part of the trip was the ride there and the ride back. Unfortunately, it was a nine hour drive to Orlando so it literally took FOREVER to get up there. We left the school to go on the trip at 5AM in the morning, and the night before I literally got no rest at all so I ended up sleeping the entire way up there. It was by far my favorite Disney park out of them all and I definitely had the most fun there. The funnest ride in all the Disney parks in my opinion was there. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. When we came to Hollywood, my friend Connor and I decided to link up with a different group because Josh was being really immature and getting us in trouble over stupid things. We then met up with one of my best friends now, Will, and hung out with his group for the rest of the day. I would say we rode the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at least six times that day and we had much more fun with our new group. As the day dwindled down, we ended up watching a pirate show and then the fireworks they have at the end of every day they have at Disney. Later that night when we got back to the hotel, I heard Connor saying something about a secret pool party a lot of the upperclassmen were going to at 11PM on the pool deck. The place we were staying at was really more of a resort than a hotel and had three water slides and a pool almost the size of my house.
