Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a career and technical student organization that prepares its members to succeed in the “business world.” I have been a member of FBLA for six years, and as such, have become very attached to the organization. FBLA has, above all else, helped me realize what area I endeavour to study and develop a professional career within.

Since sixth grade, I have been an active member in my school's FBLA chapter. More recently, in high school, I embraced a hands-on leadership role. Apart from yearly competitions in subjects ranging from marketing, to finance, to economics—I have helped organize and establish a number of business-oriented initiatives within my school, including: an internal internship training program, financial literacy and career workshops, and corporate structure and interview simulations. …show more content…
