1. Explain the importance of effective communication to your career and to the company you are currently working. Effective communicate well will play a main role in your success as a business professional. Communication is necessary to every part of business, and weak communication skills will limit your career prospects, no matter how energetic or skilled you are in other areas. Communication skills also give you an important competitive advantage in the job market.
