My Goal In The Future

My goal in the next couple of years is to take on the added challenge of attaining my master’s degree in business administration. This will afford me the opportunity to move up the organizational ladder on my job as well as give me a stronger voice to help shape the future of technology in my company. Ultimately, I believe it will afford me the opportunity to give back to the community, by investing in the lives of high school students and young adult by re-igniting their desire to regain aplomb.

It is often said that one’s achievements indicates the level of his integrity. I believe that one should be judged not only with their past achievements but also by the ones future aspirations and the attitude in which one possess in order to achieve this goal.

Over the course of the years I have been privileged to lead, and manage different types of groups that required creativity to revitalize as well as use my organizational skills to ensure smooth running and transition of events and departments. It all started with little things and the more I worked hard on the little things I found myself being given the opportunity to do great things. My desire to excel in anything I did drove me to get better and do more. It started with my desire to organize birthday parties, church picnics, weddings and ultimately managing a high visibility department (ushers & greeters) in my local church.
