The need for effective communication becomes one of the most critical aspects within any organization. It serves as a defining inflection point for success or failure with every department in the organization. In 2014, Allison Kay describes interpersonal skills are those pertaining to relationships with people. Interpersonal skills gauge how good you are at interesting with others (Kay, 2014). It becomes common for organizations to fail becomes interpersonal skills are non- existent. The traits of good management offers tool to help communications efforts improve for upper- management to constituents on lower levels. In each artifact, it will serves as a brief description of my personal stance on communication.

My first artifact is from LEAD 575. In this artifacts, it describes the significance in which trucking companies communication becomes conveyed to every entity within the company. In this artifact it describes the importance of having a hands on approach and organizational culture. The most effective strategy when dealing with subordinates and upper management may be the direct approach. One good quality characteristic from leadership could be the level of engagement from every level within organizations. That engagement often times leads to organizational culture that has a significant implication with how everyone engages with various departments. If communication among critical components to organizations relationships are formed that brings a huge positive outcome. Often times, when organizational culture lacks the interpersonal skills will as well.
