Children learn differently so education should have a incorporated style of teaching. With education I say education should be to nourish children's minds and to encourage them to not be afraid of failing, to know they can try harder only the way they can. The purpose of education for me is to be willing not able. Teachers should be willing to teach not just able to teach. If a teacher has a dull outer or inner personality many kids can pick up on this. With a willingness to teach kids are more likely to try and learn in class. In school I have had a few teachers that it was clear the they were not willing to teach and seemed dull in how they taught. The worst one was a teacher that taught math subjects.
