Organisations spend a lot of time and money working on their image, staff in organisations should know that everything they do is marketing for the organisation, for example; every email they send, every phone call they take, every time they interact with a client or customer. Organisations also spend a lot of time and money recruiting and training the right kind of people to project the right kind of image. For example if a visitor came in with a cough or a cold they could contaminate objects by touching surfaces which therefore could cause children and members of staff to develop that particular illness as well. Another implication of health would be if a member of staff or a visitor was weak or fragile, for example if they were elderly. When dealing with an angry parent or visitor I would contact different members of staff depending on their superior and who the parent/visitor was asking to speak too. For example, in a primary school, if an angry parent came in I would refer them to my superior, our school business manager, if they were unable to deal with the situation, the parent would then be referred to the deputy head, unless the parent was insisting on speaking to the head
