Getting Away With Murder

It is true that countless destructive avenues exist that are harmful to the health of today's youth: from the use of illegal drugs and excessive drinking, to hasty decision-making and limitless relationships. Damage is done to their bodies and minds, but their emotional and spiritual health has also been affected and infected. Let's consider a parent's discipline for a minute. Parents punish their children because they dislike seeing misfortune consume their nearest and dearest. They detest considering that their offspring will make the same mistake twice so they implement a punishment. Some parents carry out this form of guidance for their child from their birth until death. Now let's consider the government as a disciplinarian. When someone disobeys a traffic law or commits a serious crime, like murder, more often than not a punishment is assigned to them; not only teach the offender a lesson, but also to exemplify what behaviors are unacceptable. However, an unruly child and a speeding maniac must be caught and held responsible in order for punishment to run its course. Can it then be stated that when a parent doesn't punish when necessary that it can be harmful to a child's health? Absolutely. Can it also be stated that when the government permits a parent to murder its own child, that that can be harmful to the parent's health. Of course. Conscious or unconscious, abortion is harmful to a human's health, not only to the baby, obviously, but to the mother as well. An unpunishable crime has been committed.

As Americans we know that abortion, under certain guidelines, is legal in the United States, but that fact has nothing to do with how unhealthy the act is. Getting away with murder is bad on your soul and damages your hear...

It is a sad reality that the pro-life movement hasn't been the cleanest crusade. Some pro-lifers have committed horrible acts of unrighteousness that don't justify their cause, nevertheless, that doesn't excuse abortion. The existence of wrong doesn't mean that the unborn aren't human. There might even be perverts that support the choice of life only to have prey, but that doesn't mean that the unborn aren't human. Scientific evidence is more valid than human behavior.

With all this said, the point I want you to take with you is that there are health issues that just affect your health, then there are health issues that will kill you. Most of the time we limit our thinking of health issues to those that walk and talk and breath air, let's not forget those who don't. Don't get away with murder.
